February Canada Republic Update

The Constitution of Canada does not permit Canadians to vote for their Head of State. British Royal birthright, is Constitutionally mandated. The Head of State of Canada is also Defender of the Faith. Her faith is in a genetically chosen Christian sect leader; Her. All members of Parliament, of all religions, and of no religion, swear or affirm an allegiance to Her. I don't understand religious faiths; but, when Canadian politicians swear or affirm an allegiance to the leader of a faith, different from their faith, are they voicing an infidelity to their faith, or only a contradiction to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms? The Charter of Rights and Freedoms should not be subordinate to, but Constitutionally void of, British colonial theocracy and monarchical proclamations of birthright privilege, within the laws of Canada.
